Kirby oversees all the day to day operations of Upcountry Real kirby-bridwell
Estate as the Broker-in Charge. A native of Greenville and graduate of Clemson University, Kirby began his real estate career by joining the family business, Bridwell Company, in 1995. He quickly transitioned into a development management role working on several upscale projects in the Upstate including Woodlands, Lanford’s Pointe, Hammond Pointe, and Pennington Pointe. As the development manager, Kirby was involved in all aspects of project development including:

- Negotiation and acquisition of land purchase
- Evaluation of project feasibility
- Conceptual planning
- Engaging and management of development team, including architects and engineers
- Management of sales and marketing campaign

Kirby was excited to found Upcountry Real Estate in late 2008 with Chris Hill and Jami Mullikin and use his “field training” to help his clients evaluate their real estate needs.

Kirby lives in Taylors within a stones throw of where he grew up with his wife Emily and their two boys Bryce and Evan.

Jamie joined the Upcountry Real Estate sales team in 2009. A native South Carolinian, Jamie grew up in Belton, SC and Graduated from the University of South Carolina in December of 1999. He attended Wyatt Real Estate Institute for  South Carolina licensing purposes.

In 2005 Jamie joined the Cliffs Communities as a Sales Consultant eventually earning a promotion to Listing Agent  for the Cliffs Valley,  Cliffs Glassy, and  Cliffs at Mountain Park.  This is where he found his passion  for Real Estate .  In 2008, he helped start Call Exec, a Real Estate Call Center, before joining Upcountry in April.

Jamie, his wife Courtney, and their newborn son Jackson reside in Greenville.   During Saturdays in the Fall you will find them cheering on Gamecock  Football!

Jami Mullikin
Principal/Marketing

Jami is responsible for leading tjami-mullikinhe strategic marketing and
branding efforts of Upcountry Real Estate at both a corporate and agent level. A native of Greenville and a graduate of Winthrop University, Jami has been entrenched in real estate sales and marketing for almost a decade. He’s worked with many of the country’s premier residential sales, marketing and development teams including The Reserve at Lake Keowee, Berkeley Hall, Wild Dunes, and Ritz-Carlton Residences. In addition to his responsibilities at Upcountry Real Estate, Jami is also a founding Partner at Hill Mullikin Marketing Company in Greenville, SC and is recognized internationally for his creativity and leadership in real estate sales and marketing.

Jami is a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina, an active member of the Urban Land Institute and was named one of Greenville Magazine’s Best and Brightest Under 35 in 2004. When not burning the midnight oil, Jami juggles an active home life in the Botany Woods community with his wife, Beth, and their three children.

Chris Hill
Principal/Operations

Chris functions as the unofficial in-house counsel for Upcountry Real Estate and brings over 15 years of real estate brokerage experience. He is a consummate deal-seeker and always has unique ways of making deals work. Chris received both his undergraduate and JD degrees at the University of South Carolina. After 10 years of practicing real estate law, Chris began an acclaimed sales career with one of the country’s largest and most successful resort developers and operators, including Intrawest/Playground and Medalist Development.

After several years with leading resort real estate sales and marketing organizations, in 2005, Chris co-founded Hill Mullikin Marketing Company where he leads the firms business development efforts.

Chris is a licensed broker in SC, NC, and GA, a current member of the Urban Land Institute’s Residential Neighborhood Development Council, past member of the Recreational Real Estate Council, and has also shared his experiences as a panelist at several ULI forums.

When Chris finds time away from the phone, his wife, Ali, and his three sons can be found spending time with Thomas the Tank Engine and watching college football.
