Kirby Bridwell has been actively involved in real estate development and brokerage since 1995. After graduating Clemson University, he joined his father Frank with Bridwell Company, LLC. With Bridwell Company he oversaw the acquisition, development, sales & marketing for numerous residential projects in the upstate. In 2008 Kirby founded Upcountry Real Estate, LLC, a brokerage firm specializing in working with builders, developers, and landowners. Currently Kirby is engaged in managing the sales and marketing in several upscale communities including Pennington Pointe (Lake Robinson Area), Castle Rock (Northern Greer), Briarwood Meadows (State Park Road Area) and Holcombe Ridge (Northern Greenville County).
In July of 2010 Upcountry Real Estate, LLC and New Way Properties merged for the sole purpose of leveraging the experience and relationships each brings to the table.
